Tuna pie

This recipe is quite simple and you can do a million things with it. You put so many different things in it that it never gets boring. This specific recipe is very safe and I'm sure it will always taste great.

You need:

3 eggs
Flour
ca. 75 g butter
2 tins of tuna in water
Spinach
Red onion
2 teaspoons of salt
Pepper
Cheese

You do:

Set the oven to 200 degrees celsius

Put a good handful of flour in a bowl

Put one teaspoon of salt and about one tablespoon of butter in with the flour

Either use a mixing machine or your hands to mix it all

Take more and more butter till you have enough for it to be a soft dough without lumps

Then cover your pie base with it so it looks something like this:

Crack three eggs into a bowl and wisp till it's all yellow

put then 1 teaspoon of salt and a little bit of pepper in it

Add half a red onion diced in small dices

Add the spinach also cut up into small pieces

Then put in both of the tins of tuna

Stir it and fill the pie so it looks like this:

When you have done that you cover it with graded or sliced cheese. Then you put it in the oven on 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.

When it comes out it will look like this:

It's truly delicious, nutritious and something that's easy for everyone to like! You can add things like sweetcorn, small pieces of broccoli, tomato and so on.

Let me know in the comments how you did and feel free to give me tips, ideas and suggestions.

Prelude

Hey!

I'm Emily Eyra and I've started this blog because I've recently become interested in food. I enjoy learning new things to cook, bake and I try to stay healthy. This blog will be about my journey in the kitchen to better food. I'll be trying recipes and tell you if it was easy or hard and if it was good or bad.  I hope it can be to some help.

I'm thinking about trying one new recipe every week so I'll stay motivated and be inspired to become a better cook.

If you want to follow my personal life you can follow my other blog on www.EmilyEyra.blogspot.com

I will hopefully see you very soon:)

xoxo Emily
